SAAS Queens Mentorship Program: Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 28, 2025

By enrolling in the SAAS Queens Mentorship Program (the “Program”), you (the “Client”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and the Program’s operators, Tyla Marie Booker and Marlon Ray Swazy (the “Mentors”).

1. Program Description & Deliverables

Upon enrollment, the Client receives access to mentorship, training, and a framework for launching a SAAS business using GoHighLevel.

Each Program Includes:

• 1-on-1 Coaching Calls:

• 4-Week: 4 calls with Tyla and/or Marlon

• 6-Week: 6 calls with Tyla and/or Marlon

• Group Coaching & Community:

• 2 live group sessions per week

• Access to a private peer support community

• Training Modules:

• Full SAAS setup with GoHighLevel

• Landing page and funnel training

• Offer creation, onboarding automation

• Sales guidance and DM scripts

Premium Bonuses ($650 / $997 tiers):

• Structured mentorship (4 or 6 weeks)

• Lifetime access to Tyla’s support until the first client is landed (with full participation)

Disclaimer: Client acquisition support is only available to $650 and $997 clients. No income or results are guaranteed.

2. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By enrolling, the Client agrees:

• Payment plans and deposits are irrevocable

• $87.50 deposits are non-refundable

• Chargebacks or refund requests via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, etc., breach this contract

Third-Party Financing:

• The Client is responsible for repayment

• These terms remain enforceable regardless of payment method

3. Participation & Removal Policy

Code of Conduct:

• Show respect to all mentors, peers, and guests

• Be on time and prepared for all calls

• Complete all assignments

• Engage in the community

Scheduling is Client’s Responsibility:

• Clients must reach out to schedule 1-on-1 calls

• Missed messages or slow responses do not qualify as breach by the Mentors

• Not requesting a call is not grounds for a refund

Attendance Clause for $650/$997 Plans:

• 100% attendance is required for continued support

• Missing 1 session without 24-hour notice forfeits client support access

Mentor Cancellations:

• Mentors may reschedule due to emergencies

• No refunds for rescheduled sessions if efforts to reschedule are made

4. Limited Access for Partial Payments

Clients who only pay the first half (e.g. $175 of $350) receive:

• 1 onboarding call with Tyla

• 1 strategy call with a SAAS Queens mentor

• 14-day access to the private community

• Attendance at 2 group coaching sessions

If the second payment is not completed:

• Access will be paused

• Community and calendar access will be revoked

• Client will be marked inactive until paid in full

Termination Without Refund May Occur If:

• Client is disrespectful or disruptive

• Repeatedly misses sessions

• Shows lack of effort or participation

5. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the property of SAAS Queens.

Reproducing or sharing content outside the program is prohibited.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Client acknowledges:

• Results depend on their own consistency and effort

• No income or outcome is guaranteed

• Mentors are not liable for financial loss or missed outcomes

7. Media & Consent

Client agrees that testimonials, screenshots, and participation may be used in marketing.

Identifying info will only be shared with consent.

8. Confidentiality

Calls, resources, and discussions are confidential.

Sharing without permission is grounds for removal.

9. Legal & Jurisdiction

If the Mentors prevail in a legal dispute, the Client is responsible for attorney fees, court costs, and damages.

This agreement is governed by Florida law. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.

By submitting payment or checking the agreement box, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms outlined above.
